NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the County Executive of the County of Putnam at Room 300 of the County Office Building, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512 on the _27th__ day of April 2022 at _4:30 and 6:30 p.m._____ concerning:
A LOCAL LAW
Amending Section 4.02 of the Putnam County Charter entitled “COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE: POWERS AND DUTIES” in its entirety which was adopted by the Putnam County Legislature on April 5, 2022, by Resolution #66.
This Local Law Amends Section 4.02 of the Putnam County Charter entitled “COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE: POWERS AND DUTIES by amending the timing of the County’s annual financial reporting requirements to correspond with the timing and requirements put in place by the State.
Copies of the Local Law are available at the Office of the Putnam County Legislature, Room 313, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512.
