APPROVAL/LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 5 OF THE PUTNAM COUNTY CODE
ENTITLED “APPROPRIATIONS”
A Local Law to Amend Chapter 5 of the Putnam County Code Entitled “Appropriations”
Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the County of Putnam as follows:
Section 1.
Section 5-1(A)(4) of the Putnam County Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(4) More than $25,000: initiated by the Commissioner of Finance or his/her
designee, authorized by the County Executive or his/her designee, reviewed by the Audit
and Administration Committee and approved by the full Legislature.
Section 2.
This Local Law shall become effective June 30, 2013.
