A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 70 OF THE PUTNAM COUNTY CODE ENTITLED "LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS" (Reapportionment / Redistricting)

Be it enacted by the Legislature of Putnam County, New York, as follows:

Section 1.

Chapter 70 of the Putnam County Code entitled "Legislative Districts" is hereby amended to read as follows:

• 70-1 Description of districts.

The Putnam County Legislative Districts are hereby described by County Election District by population as determined by the U.S. Census Bureau for the 2020 Census.

• 70-2 Legislative District 1.

Legislative District 1 shall be as follows:
