PUTNAM COUNTY CLERK MICHAEL BARTOLOTTI AND COUNTY EXECUTIVE KEVIN BYRNE MEET WITH THE CEO & CAO OF LIVEONNY

Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti and County Executive Kevin Byrne met with the CEO & President of LiveOnNY, Leonard Achan along with Senior Vice President and CAO, John D’Abbraccio and Putnam County resident, Janet Ocasio who is also a liver transplant recipient to talk about ways to partner to increase organ donation awareness.

County Clerk Bartolotti said, “Putnam County is proud to be one of the many counties throughout the state participating in organ donation month and I am pleased to partner with LiveOnNY and County Executive Byrne in continuing to bring attention to our residents.”

County Clerk Bartolotti and County Executive Byrne presented the President along with the Senior Vice President of LiveOnNY with a proclamation to congratulate them. Through their hard work and dedication, New York had an increase in tissue donation by more than 400% in 2022.

County Executive Byrne said, "I am thrilled to join County Clerk Bartolotti in partnering with LiveOnNY to raise awareness about organ donation in Putnam County. Organ donation has saved the lives of countless individuals, and we are proud to be part of the effort to increase awareness and promote this life-saving cause. We congratulate LiveOnNY on their incredible achievements in helping to increase tissue donation in New York, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration to make a positive impact on our residents."

The County Clerk is the County Registrar and Clerk of the Supreme and County Courts, in addition to other responsibilities.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Summer hours (mid-June through mid-September) are 8am to 4pm. His office is where you will find: maps, papers in actions and special proceedings of both civil and criminal courts, judgment and lien dockets, and other books and documents related to these matters.)
