Be Prepared: Now and Year Round!—Part 2

05 March 2024

Pre-planning and being prepared allows one to limit the effects of an emergency or disaster. This week the Putnam County Department of Health shares a second tip for emergency preparedness.

Have back-up plans for using electronic medical devices and keeping medicines cold if they need refrigeration should be decided and planned before an emergency occurs. Communications, businesses and transportation may be interrupted and each of these cause additional problems.
