Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse, Carmel, New York. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 28 new citizens from 19 countries.

The Honorable Thomas Davis served as the officiating Putnam County Judge and offered court remarks. Sheriff Kevin McConville led the Pledge of Allegiance and was the guest speaker.
