Oak Ridge Waste and Recycling is looking for an experienced call center Customer Service Representative for its Danbury, CT facility. Full Time - Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and FULL Benefit package included.
JOB DESCRITPION: MUST HAVE previous call center customer service experience and can handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Also, MUST HAVE experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and other systems. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that the customers feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
