Putnam County Department of Health Offers Public Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinics

The Putnam County Department of Health is offering DRIVE THRU public seasonal flu vaccine clinics for Putnam County residents, 18 years of age and older, on:

  • Monday, September 25, 2023, from 2:00pm - 6:30pm at the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road Brewster, DRIVE THRU. (Rain date – September 28)
  • Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 2:00pm - 6:30pm at the Garrison Fire Department (NOT A DRIVE THRU).
  • Monday, October 23, 2023, from 2:00pm - 6:30pm at the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road Brewster, DRIVE THRU.

All public flu clinics require appointments and can be made at https://www.putnamcountyny.com/fluclinic.

The consent form must be completed and signed prior to the clinic, and presented at the time of the clinic, along with proof of residency (Driver’s License). Consent forms will not be available at the clinic and are available at https://www.putnamcountyny.com/fluclinic#docs.

Cost of the flu vaccine is $30. For persons age 65 and older or with a Medicare card, flu vaccine will be free. High dose flu vaccine will be available for those 65 and older. Pneumonia vaccine will not be available at clinics this year.

All residents must remain in their vehicles at ALL times for Drive-Thru clinics.

Short sleeves are necessary for vaccine administration.
